2. What information we collect

When you submit a quote request through our form, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your mobile number
• Your postcode
• The type of plumbing job you need
• Your urgency preference

We also collect standard technical data automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is collected via cookies and web analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information solely to:

• Match you with a suitable vetted plumber in your area
• Pass your contact details to that one matched plumber so they can contact you
• Improve our matching service and website

We do not sell your data, pass it to multiple tradespeople, or use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Who we share your data with

Your personal details (name, phone number, postcode, and job description) are shared with one plumber only — the plumber we match you with based on your job and location. That plumber will use your details solely to contact you about your quote request.

We may also share anonymised, aggregated data with analytics providers. We do not share personal data with any other third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal details for up to 90 days after your quote request, after which they are deleted from our systems. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).

6. Cookies

We use cookies to understand how visitors use our website. These include analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) that collect anonymised information about page visits and user behaviour. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though this may affect website functionality.
