NottsPlumber (nottingham-plumbers.com) is a free plumber matching service. We connect homeowners in Nottingham with vetted, local plumbers. We are not a plumbing company — we do not carry out plumbing work ourselves. By using our website and submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

2. Our service is free for homeowners

There is no charge to homeowners for using our matching service. You pay the plumber directly for any work carried out. We are not party to the contract between you and your plumber, and we do not handle any payment for plumbing services.

3. Plumber vetting

We take reasonable steps to verify the plumbers on our network, including identity checks and insurance confirmation. For gas work, we only work with Gas Safe registered engineers. However, we cannot guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by a matched plumber. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the plumber is appropriate for your job before work begins.

4. No obligation

Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to proceed with any plumber we match you with. You are free to accept or decline any quote you receive. Similarly, we cannot guarantee that a plumber will be available in your area at the time you request.

5. Limitation of liability

NottsPlumber acts solely as an introduction service. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or outcome of any plumbing work carried out
• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from plumbing work performed by a matched plumber
• Delays in a plumber contacting you or attending your property
• Any dispute between you and a matched plumber regarding pricing, work quality, or conduct

Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Accuracy of information

Pricing information on this website (callout rates, job costs) is provided as general guidance only. Actual prices are set by individual plumbers and may vary. Always confirm the total cost with your plumber before any work begins.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information through our form, use our service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to access or disrupt our systems.

8. Intellectual property
